Helena is anxiously waiting for her father in her bedroom after being sent to bed for her behavior, attitude and general cleanliness. She admits to them that she hasn't had a shower in a few days, which he finds disgraceful. He hoped that she would start taking care of her hygiene herself, but it has only gotten worse over the past three weeks, so he feels it is time to step in and give her a good thrashing to see if it makes a difference.
