Melody Marks had hardly begun her journalistic career yet she was putting the finishing touches on a story that would expose the financial depredations of a respected consultant. Elated by her success, Melody made the rookie mistake of confronting the fraudster in his office, which predictably resulted in the desperate man turning her into a bound and gagged journalist.
